I just resolved the problem with custom CSS entries that set badge featured display to inline.
Setting the display function to inline hid the sliver of picture as well as taking care of the picture in the background. I’m not sure if this will cause issues anywhere else yet but it fixes my concerns for now.

Thanks Kor but the problem has resolved itself. Perhaps it had something to do with cashing. I don’t know but it’s working now!

Yes, I understand that it is only editable by Admin as it should be but in V1 the expire date appeared in the edit form for the User to be aware of when it expired. In V2 I cannot get it to appear on the User side unless I allow it to be editable by them which I do not want them to be able to edit but I do want them to be aware of when it expires. In my site I have set up packages for Events that range from 10 days up to 90 days with the 90 days being more expensive but they can edit and reuse – this is why I would like them to be able to see when their package expires.
