Hello, the main issue seems to be with Apple Phones / iPads apparently,
also
a review on there is displaying the email, is there anyway to remove it?

Morning David,
My husband has just tried and thinks he has been successful. He used PC and Google.When he tried unsuccessfully, he was on an apple iPhone and used google.
I don’t know about the others at this early stage.

I also know someone who posted a listing from their phone (not sure what phone it was) and it didn’t get created, they had to do it again from their computer.
don’t worry about this one now,
no idea what happened, to make it appear i changed the author from them to me, and back again, and now its appeared.

Ok information im going to need to figure this out…..1) what device they’re using to do this with (PC, Laptop, Windows, Apple, Phone, Android, Etc)
2) what web browser they’re using: (Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Etc)
Are they all up to date with their updates.

Hi again, thought id post here as its about the reviews…
a customer is having an issue, (the same one as above) she’s saying this to me:

David – there is an issue with the review section. I have tried now and two other people have too without success.When posting the review, the stars are selected and the review is written. When you then select, post review, the stars clear and the red alert message tells you to select stars. You select stars and click post review again and it then loops from there.

Good call on the services as a CPT… That could work actually,

Could you do me a favour…. im a little worried about how many CPT’s i have
if you look at the main menu you’ll see them all…. is there any way of narrowing down my categories? I’ve been trying to think of different names to try and make the menu smaller,
for example
i have “Beauty” and i have “Health”
i could put the as 1, “health and beauty” but that would save no space at all because it’d be a longer button, so there isn’t really much point in doing that.
i just feel i have too much and can’t think of a way to condense it down.
do you think its too much? or do you think its ok

and a couple more bits I’ve just noticed…
is there anyway of getting the main search bar to just search everything rather than individual selected categories?
and when i go to change the author of a post in the backend, when i go to choose an author, its only displaying administrators, is there anyway to change authors in the backend to people who aren’t administrators?…. because someone couldn’t find the “Business Owner?” button earlier to claim the listing, so i thought id just put them as author in the backend but i couldn’t select them.
