Ideally, the users can turn on and off whether or not they want to see the police stations. Could google api’s be of use? https://developers.google.com/places/

One more thing – I tried to play with it some, and I placed the site into boxed mode, and Geodirectory will not conform. Does the site have to be 100% width?
I tried changing the map to be a fixed width, and it sticks to the left and leaves the Geodirectory search and listings as 100% width as well.

We just changed the css so its default height is zero and the display is set to none on both the css and the template settings. This removed the Page Title Bar, but still not sure how to fix the geodirectory map being fixed to the left of the screen and the custom search fields being full-screen width
