Thank you Paolo, the 404 issue is working now. Not sure why it happened.

I will try the validation issue and let you know. How would I get this fix in case I need to use it in another website?

Me again.

I have set default country and default region (because they won’t change).

I added a few cities and have the “Enable selected city” option selected (with these few cities selected).

The cities appear in the add place form but unfortunately if I add an address from another city and then press the button “Set address on map” the new city is added to the dropdown as the unique option (my selected cities disappeared from the dropdown).

I have this 4 options ticked in settings too:

. Disable Google address autocomplete?
. Show all locations in dropdown?
. Disable set address on map from changing address fields
. Disable move map pin from changing address fields

Is there any way to avoid the user to enter a place that belongs to a city I don’t want to be added?
