Thanks for your quick reply.
So when I following the link “Edit page” in the warning below:
WARNING: BuddyPress hijacks the slug search, GD search will not work until you update the GD search page slug to something different. Edit page
I can substitute GD searching for GD search as in the attachment?
Thanks for your help! Was that the problem? If so, how did I get the V2 version of the addon? Is download “geodirectory-2.0.0.45” in beta? If not, why did I have the option to install V1 two weeks ago? Thanks.
GeoDirectory states: After activating the plugin you will be redirected to GeoDirectory > BuddyPress Integration
BuddyPress Integration did not show up in the GeoDirectory menu. So I tried deactivating and reactivating the BuddyPress Integration addon. Again the fatal error appears.
Please let me know what you find out. Thanks.
Since the GeoDirectory instructions said to install BuddyPress first I didn’t try deactivating it THEN activating the BuddyPress Integration addon. However, I just tried that and the fatal error message did not occur. Will there be a problem with using BuddyPress with that type of installation?

It is about 3/4 of the width of the featured image and background.Where does the number 17 come from that you edited into the css? Is that a page number?
Thanks again, Ed
How can I tell which is a GD page and which is a WP page? I have search several times in the GD documentation and forums without an answer.
Thanks again for your rapid responses Alex and Guust. Sorry about being such a bother, Ed
All of the css you mentioned previously was given to me by GD support to center the logo. However, I wanted the menu to stay in the header. How could I do this? Here is the css mentioned above:
I am looking at the site now and found this in the custom CSS.
.header-wrap {
z-index: 99999!important;
}This was causing an issue with the “My Account” link in the menu.
function gd_custom_home_logo() {
?>
<div class=”gd-custom-logo”>
<div class=’site-logo’>
‘ title='<?php echo esc_attr( get_bloginfo( ‘name’, ‘display’ ) ); ?>’ rel=’home’>‘ alt='<?php echo esc_attr( get_bloginfo( ‘name’, ‘display’ ) ); ?>’>
</div>
</div>
<?php
}
add_action( ‘sd_homepage_content’, ‘gd_custom_home_logo’, 9 );Thanks for looking into this.
However, I am still getting a small slider on firefox and safari.
At GD > Design > Scripts I put the code from:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/full-width-slider-images/#post-420690
Which is:
#listing_slider_view-9 .geodir-listing-slider-widget {height: 500px;}
#listing_slider_view-9 .geodir_flexslider .geodir-slides img {width: 100%; max-height: 100% !important; object-fit: cover;}
#listing_slider_view-9 .geodir-slider-title {font-size: 24px; background: #f47a20;}
#listing_slider_view-9 #geodir_widget_carousel.geodir_flexslider.flexslider-ltr {display: none;}
It did not change the slider into full-width on either Safari or Firefox.
Is it not possible to make the sliders full-width?

I haven’t changed it since you logged in on the 16th.
I just checked it this morning to make sure it works.
Thanks for your assistance, Ed
