Hey Kiran,
Sorry, try now. Same credentials.
This reply has been marked as private.Hey Alex,
I uploaded a tab in the CSV w/ only 3 listings. I chose update option instead of ignore, and I’m still having issues.
In this listing: https://www.cigarscore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=421&action=edit when I add the address and choose “set address on map” the latitude and longitude populate. However, when I hit save, nothing saves.
Here’s the info if you’d like to try it:
Category: Cigar Lounge
Address: 6420 E Riverside Blvd
Region: Illinois
City: Loves Park
Zip: 61111Also, when I cleared the permalink slung before saving, the URL goes to https://www.cigarscore.com/places/rudys-cigars/ instead of a URL that includes the state, city, category.
Not sure what’s going on there, but it’s probably tied to the address not saving.

I just added 2 listings to my import CSV file. They are:
https://www.cigarscore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=421&action=edit
and
https://www.cigarscore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=420&action=editRight now they show an unknown location, although the CSV file has the street address, city, city slug, and region (state), and zip code. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference in case something updates later.
Hey Alex, thanks for looking.
I’m mostly having trouble on import. For example, this “Place” – https://www.cigarscore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=415&action=edit didn’t pull in the city name.
The plugin-generated URL is https://www.cigarscore.com/places/nevada/%city%/smoke-shops/cigar-warehouse/ and the city isn’t populated, and the URL leads to a 400 error.
The same challenge with https://www.cigarscore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=411&action=edit and several others.
So, those problems still exist.
However, does the plugin work in the background after import to update the listings?
I’m seeing more complete listings NOW than I did 2 days ago when I imported.

I did all of the things Alex suggested above.
that worked!
Thank you Matt and Alex!
Thanks Alex. In the thread you linked, there was a link to this fix: https://gist.github.com/rmpel/e1e2452ca06ab621fe061e0fde7ae150#file-wp-499-up-fix-csv-upload-php
I’m nto sure what to do w/ that info or where to put it. Could you advise?
