I want to be able to rate both on the medical procedures CPT but have the medical procedure rating/reivew show up on the respective procedure pages and the physician rating/review show up on the respective physician pages.

Here’s a brief example:
I have a medical procedure CPT listing for root canals. I want users to be able to rate and review their general experience of getting a root canal – pain, discomfort, value, etc. This rating/review should show up on the root canal page. (I currently have this portion set up and working properly.)

In addition to that, if their dentist happens to be in the directory under the physician CPT I want them to be able to select the dentist’s name from a select menu and rate the dentist at the same time using a different set of ratings – professionalism, follow-up, staff, responsiveness, etc. This rating/review should show up on the individual dentist’s page.
