I just tested it on Android, after deleting all cache details. I see on the left the menu icon: I open it and scroll to the switcher: if I click on it to select a city, it closes the menu, and return to the page. I installed the latest version, it works better but not everytime, but I found why: the comments in wrong place are child of other comments (but in front end is not clear: it does not show the indent, it show only in wrong order place). I mean, in phpmyadmin, in wp_comments , the comments in wrong place have a value into field comment_parent.
If I delete the comment_parent (or set it to 0), the comment goes into the right order.
So, to fix, I have to delete all values into field comment_parent.
Can you suggest a database query to set all comment_parent to 0 ?
(I don’t see big issue performing this query, any additional idea is appreciated)Thanks
Thanks, I understood and was able to fix.
Just two cent, adding images through admin panel should be very helpful, many times users writes and say “I was not able to add photos.. I’m attaching them..”

You would have to go into the database, remove the datq that makes it a reply to turn it into a comment and add the stars.
In phpmyadmin, into table wp_comment, I edited the field comment_parent by removing the id of the parent.
I looked at public comment, and it became a review, without the stars but with the photo the user uploaded.
Then I edited the comment, and added the stars. But now in public site it show the right stars, but the photo disappeared. How can I show the uploaded photos (they are not deleted from /uploads, they simple are hidden)?
ThanksHi, I updated the plugin to 1.1.7 but now the latest reviews are not the first to show but they went to the end. It should show the latest first. Even changing to “oldest” and than again to “latest” the order does not change. Can you please take a look and help to fix this issue?

I checked, these are the categories that have redirect issue. If possible, better fix the redirect instead of changing the slug (due to google indexing) :

Know about redirect rules into database. But if changing slug will fix we can use this strategy. But before changing slug, can we try to find and change refirect urls for “pizzerie””?
