I do not understand what is happening but all the private replies l am sending with the logins are somehow clearing after pressing the send button. Does your message field have restrictions on the type of characters l can input?. Is there a support email l can use to send the logins

I do not have any current neighborhoods because this is my first time using geodirectory. So then l guess l have to add them in manually.
I reinstalled a fresh copy of geodirectory as you suggested and it is working now
