So will it automatically generate an invoice at the expire date?

The 188 author roles dont show in the drop down author.
(I cant take a screen shot and keep the drop down box open, but just to show you I am looking at right part)

Yes I do have that add on but still I cannot assign them as authors except the admin roles.
Is there a custom role capability that needs to be added??At the moment my role capability is set to author as per this page:
