Oh ok. I understand now. I thought you have incorrectly set user type to subscriber for user “GeoDirectory”. But looks like you have the same problem with other admin users too.

You are able to access admin now because i have disabled Ultimate Member addon.

Basically all admins are converted to normal users which is why you are being redirected to home page

Now the site is working, but its still redirecting me to home page.

1) Are you sure user GeoDirectory is admin?
2) Did you install any plugin recently?

If yes could you delete them?

If possible could you delete all other 3rd party plugins except GD plugins?

I have tried with FireFTP client. Its working now. However i do see an error with that client too.

500 ‘FEAT’: command unrecognized.

So that might be the reason why its not working with my default FTP client.

Give me some time. I’ll check whats wrong

Hello Brian, I have connected to ftp, however its not listing any files. That means its a server issue.

You said you have updated PHP. Have you restarted your server?

P.S: your site was not completely offline after you upload whoop theme. Because today when i browse your site, it used to work with twenty fifteen theme I guess. So as far as I can see this is a server problem. Not theme issue. So try contacting your hosting support.

If you have upgraded to 5.6 then you need no patch. You can try activating whoop and it will work.
