Whoop and Whoop Child doesn’t use WordPress customizer for settings. We have a different setting section called “Whoop Options”

Applicable for all themes:

Activate the theme before visiting customizer section.

Also update the theme.

Let me know if that fixes your problem.

To debug server errors FTP login details required.

Please also post the steps to reproduce this issue.

Your site is working but its loading very slow.

So It could be your server memory issue. Make sure your server has enough RAM.

I was busy with developing a plugin. So I have missed this thread.

I have checked your site. I think you are experiencing that problem because your reviews section missing avatar. You have any idea why avatar is missing from your reviews section?

Please try this CSS in custom CSS settings.

When displaying widget in Sidebar set the Tab layout to “Tabs as Dropdown”

To display only featured tab, it would require some customisation.
