All this is fixed with this snippet:

Not it is not on the live site. As I said I fixed it by deleting the problem CPT and remaking it. It was obviously an error in the database for the CPT.You wanted to see the error so I made the staging site as you requested and gave you access to the database. On that staging site you can see the error.
Since the live site does not have the error let us move on.
