Hello
Have you managed to look into this yet? I’m still making a weekly payment, yet the listing is not showing as it expired after 7 days – held in draft?
Gary
Hello Stiofan
In part looks done. The social text now looks correct.
As for the support tab, the text for the FAQs is still displaying something large – 1.1em. This is overriding the child theme CSS of 15px?

I’m still having problems with this one.
I would like the payment to be set up to pay £00.20p (changed from £00.30p) once each week for 10 weeks. I believe this is what I have done.
Every time I set up a test listing, using my details, the paypal order shows the above to be the case. In fact I successfully pay for the renewal each week, but the ad goes into draft after 7 days. I’m not clear why this is happening?
I still get the same items shown as pictured in the original attachment. Paypal is paying out weekly as a recurring payment.
Please help.

I have looked into this a little and feel the problem has come about by GD Boost. I note under wp-content, booster_cache there are a list of files labelled in hex code. Is this right?
I have had people hack into my hosting account and files with long hex codes are seen as being malicious.
Under wp-content, cache, geodir-gd-booster, cache, http, http://www.yourlocalconnect.co.uk, there are four folders: author, category, faq, group.
faq and group are the areas where the child theme is being over-ridden?
See attached.
I’m going to deactivate the GD boost until you provide some guidance on this.

Hello
I didn’t have GD Booster. This is now installed.
However, a number of links on buddypress and another plugin appear to be over-riding my child theme settings where I have made custom changes. I have only made updates to the geodirectory plugins. Any idea what might be happening here?
Gary
Found and resolved the problem. Thanks
Gary
Hello
The answer to question 1 is yes. Look forward to the fix.

Thanks for your patience.
The malware is actually a distraction. I have a number of sites on the server and it was another site that was hit with the malware. Yourlocalconnect.co.uk is protected through sitelock and is clean.
Curiously though, should there be a class flexslider-ltr in one of the files? I have made a search through the files and unable to find it. In fact it is missing from the test site as well so not clear how this is called up.
Is it a case of rebuilding the website? Any advice on the bets way to do this?
Gary
Hello Paolo
Stay with me for a little longer on this.
On where the image is supposed to be seen, I inspected the elements and compared this to a test site which is working. See results attached.
I have highlighted in yellow where the two compare and light blue where they differ.
There appears to be some coding not appearing on the YLC (Yourlocalconnect) site. Is this to do with the issue you have already raised or not an issue at all?
Please advise
Gary
Hello Paolo
My website was suspended over the weekend due to malware. When unsuspended on Monday, the site all worked. However, today the fault with the image was back.
I sent a support ticket to Bluehost, my server provider, this time providing them with more information as in your response. Bluehost responded with..
Usually we do not provide support for coding issues. However, If you need any php requirement(values) to be set, please let us know so that we can set it for you.
As you have been a great help thus far, are there any values or script I can supply to Bluehost?
Gary
Hello Stiofan
I have gone to the host account and the theme owner and neither can help with the issue.
I guess I’m looking for a rebuild although not clear at this time how to do this.
Are there any other steps I could take first?
Thanks as always for your help.
Gary
