I dont have that wordsin my po file. How can i update the file?

Thank you. Finally, I could change the language file and now it is in spanish.

Now, there are only 2 english words I would like to translate, but they are not in the language file:

And the words are: Lugar Category and Lugar Tags

Where can I change them?
