Even when we disconnect the site from and deacticvate ayecode connect and manually add license key, it crashes the site. Http Error 500

When we add the license key for the add-on Location Manager, the site stops working. wpadmin still is accessible. When we turn off the plugin, the site front end is accessible. We tried readding the license key, but whenever we do that, the site stops working. It seems that the license key is not being accepoted, but it did work initially.
