I have now fixed it thank you.
No I just have ‘Places’ i.e. single CPT. I am trying to follow the set up for the GD Ninja form to set up a Contact Form.
So under ‘Places’ –> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Custom Fields’ -> ‘List of fields that will appear on add new Place listing form’. I can see the ‘Contact Email’ field has been saved (see screen shot).
The GD Ninja Forms widget is configured on the GD Page Details sidebar. But when I visit the page there is no Contact Button visible.

I can see the ‘Contact Email’ predefined field in the ‘Custom Fields’ under Places –> Settings. How do I now add it ‘to the Custom Post Type’?
