Hello,
I just made a quick test and I think it’s working.
Thank you very much.Hello,
For the search it suddenly started working in a few hours, don’t know what happened.About the regions, for Spain it should be changed… Level 1 regions are no used in addresses, never. They are just for administrative and political issues. There’s no use to know, for example, that the town Vitigudino is in Castilla y León (level 1), we need to know it’s in Salamanca (level 2). It’s a must.
I would really apreciate if you could change this in my site, otherwise I’m going to have a lot of problems with users. The other solution I find is that I that I could omit the region in searchs and everywhere, but it would be weird…
If you have other clients in Spain the will have the same problem than me.
Thank you so muchI had to remove it while it’s not working.
It Works in GD main page, and widgets, but not with the code i put in my home page.
URGENT!!!
I don’t know whats happening but the search bar in my home page does not work. I have many users saying they cant find their listings.
It’s like the fieldas do not connect with the data base…Hello,
Nothing new about this?
I cannot promote muy site if users cannot add listings in new cities…
Thank youHello,
I’m sending attached a list with all the regions, level 1 and 2.Hello,
I’ve been taking a look at Google API docs, and it says it may return more administrative levels tan GD plugin admits (see below).Your plugin works with “Countries” and “Adm area level 1” (states/regions). To work properly in Spain, it should be able to work with “Adm level área 2” (counties).
We do not use level 1 in addresses, it’s unuseful. It’s used just for political and administration issues. We need level 2 in addresses and here in GD.
I’m not sure if I’m right, but could you take a look, please?
Thank youGOOGLE GEOCODING SERVICE DOCS (extract)

The following types are supported and returned by the HTTP Geocoder:
•street_address indicates a precise street address.
•country indicates the national political entity, and is typically the highest order type returned by the Geocoder.
•administrative_area_level_1 indicates a first-order civil entity below the country level. Within the United States, these administrative levels are states.
•administrative_area_level_2 indicates a second-order civil entity below the country level. Within the United States, these administrative levels are counties. -
