Hello Guust, I don’t know why this is taking forever to get resolved. I have purchased WordPress plugins before and it was so easy to add to my wordpress. This is too much time consuming because I cannot be in a stand still waiting around for hours for support to respond back to me to try to figure this out! I took the screen shot earlier of what downloaded on my computer. I cannot find the file that I need to upload on my wordpress pluggins! Soon I will be requesting for my money back and look for a directory that has support via email, live chat or phone.

Hello Guust, you said, “I need to navigate up to the next folder level up.” are you talking about the blue folders inside “geodir_location_ manager folder? If you are, Which blue folder should I selection. I have taken a screen shot of the folders inside “geodir_location_ manager folder.”

I do know the steps to upload plugins. I have done it plenty of times. I just don’t know which file to select until you told me to select the Multilocation.zip file. I looked inside the geodir_location_manager folder but it is not there. I also opened up the other blue folders inside the geodir_location_manager, the Multilocation.zip file is not there either.
