Sorry about that. It is an admin account but something ballsed up when I migrated the site to a server. Should work now.
Sorry for the confusion regarding the ATOM file, I was referring to the suggestion by mc1171611 to use the Google sheets tool.
I have now successfully retrieved all the lats and longs by using the batch tool recommended in the documentation. Just had to do them 300 at a time! It seems to run ok to start but then slows down to a snails pace.

The batch lat/long tool mentioned in the documentation is working, however it’s taking a very long time! Guess I’ll just have to leave it for an hour or 5.
I can’t get this working as Google Sheets doesn’t seem to have an option to publish as an ATOM file.
