Thanks, that’s why I said I guess I’ll take it over there. And I did…
Nope, just added and claimed a listing https://thingstodoinnc.com/services/shelby/neofilm/ and listings are not appearing https://thingstodoinnc.com/profile/neofilm/
I guess I’ll take this to UserWP. But, you guys may want to look at it too?
I think maybe the reason I wasn’t seeing the listings appear was because I didn’t “claim” the listings… So, maybe that’s on me too! 🙂
Nevermind, i thought it was under dashboard, it’s under Author Actions…
I did notice however that after deleting and after “You have successfully deleted the listing” I was brought back to the listing. It seems like it should direct away so the user isn’t thinking that it didn’t delete. No biggy for now, just something to think about… Maybe have it redirect to the users profile or homepage?
This reply has been marked as private.I’m digging into the same thing sort of right now and wondering the same thing. I noticed when I remove images from the front end they’re not always removed from the back end.
It seems like if a directory got big enough it would be ideal if only the images being used were in the site. Otherwise the site could get bloated (sorry, lack of technical terms…).
I’m looking at a new site right now and at media in the admin side of the site and in file manager and I’m finding images that I know were removed from the front end. There seems to be a need for some sort of cleaning image folder or image database feature. Is this feature available at all?
Ok… too bad, I don’t like any of the other options. Like WP Super Cache causes major malfunctions with elaborate layouts using Divi. Do you guys think WP Super Cache is the best and necessary for optimum load speeds?
It works so nice in the beginning when picking a GD block. The settings are on the side and everything is awesome. Then you go back to it later and it’s toast. Is this eventually going to work via blocks? I thought the whole thing over the last year was in anticipation of developing V2 to work with Gutenberg.
I guess I will have to resort in using the classic plugin. I’m just hoping to use the least amount of plugins possible…
This is what it says:
[gd_listings title=” post_type=’gd_place’ category=’0′ event_type=” single_event=’false’ related_to=” post_author=” sort_by=’distance_asc’ title_tag=’h3′ layout=’gridview_onefourth’ post_limit=’4′ post_ids=” add_location_filter=’false’ show_featured_only=’false’ show_special_only=’false’ with_pics_only=’true’ with_videos_only=’false’ use_viewing_post_type=’false’ hide_if_empty=’true’ view_all_link=’true’ with_pagination=’true’ top_pagination=’false’ bottom_pagination=’true’ pagination_info=” country=’United States’ region=’NC’ city=” neighbourhood=” ]
This reply has been marked as private.Well, it was working. But now it looks like this (see image). I can’t get to the advanced settings anymore.
It also has this warning but I’m not sure if it’s related:
Missing Dependencies ninja-forms-block-editor thingstodoinnc.com wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/css/nf-form-block-editor.css wp-edit-blocks, form-blocks-style (missing)
This reply has been marked as private.I also noticed on the bottom of the details page https://thingstodoinnc.com/places/shelby/the-earl-scruggs-center/
the linked numbers work and arrows work until you get to number two, the arrow to get to number 1 and number 1 link does not work.
Not sure why this posted twice, sorry. Please remove this if you can… I figured out the issue I was having, i needed to see advanced settings for the GD Listings
This really has a lot of nice options, this is going to be great!
