I’ve already seen this example, but it doesn’t explain anything. “Recent Orders” of WHAT???? What products/orders is this talking about???? GD is about listings, not products. So, for crying out loud, what is this talking about? Orders, products, what? why put something there so vague and then refer to the vagueness as if it’s suppose to answer the question to the vagueness?

Man, I hope I can get GD to work. If it works great, but I’m feeling like it’s really leading me in the wrong direction. I mean, this userWP is a big tease. And, this coupled with now the lack of affiliate support I was so excited about, it’s like this has all been a huge waste of time not only over the last two weeks but all the years I’ve been trying to make GD work for so many different projects. I’m still trying right now to make GD work, but Alex is dragging me through the mud with the Affiliate option. I am trying to figure out how to make that work, but if I can’t I’m going to have to go a different route, like eDirectory, or something more turn key, solid, and legit. And, I’m a videographer by the way, I’ll be posting my results very publicly. I just hope I can get GD to work and stop spinning my wheels.

And is GD compatible with all AffiliateWP Add On’s?

AffiliateWP appears to have some really cool plugins/add ons like: Tiered Affiliate Rates, Affiliate Landing Pages, Signup Referrals, Lifetime Commissions, Recurring Referrals, and PayPal Payouts to name a few. What addon’s work/don’t work?

I wanted to approach the affiliate plugin last because it was something I felt needed to be done after I had the site moving in the right direction. The site is not entirely ready for affiliates but for various reasons I felt like I needed to see if this VERY IMPORTANT feature would work.

I don’t know anything about AffiliateWP and don’t have time to get into yet another entirely different company of plugins. They have many add on’s, which ones should I look at? GD doesn’t explain this AT ALL!

I purchased it last night, installed the plugins your tutorial explains are needed to make this work. I asked very specific questions when I got as far as I could with your documentation.

There is NO sense in my learning AffiliateWP if it isn’t going to do what I need it to do, esp. if it isn’t even going to work with GD which some people have clearly stated it does not. I explained that I need it to enable affiliates to get a commission from their referrals when someone joins and I need to know will affiliates get a residual commission from subscription payments?

Is there an affiliate code in this process?

Again, Alex you did not explain anything. I don’t think you answered any of my questions at all. You’re doing that vague annoying thing again that makes a question go on for days. Please stop wasting my time, it hurts me, then it hurts everything else I do. You’re making me very miserable. Please leave me alone so someone else will answer my questions with some mercy and depth. I need someone else to please answer my questions that is capable of understanding them first and them elaborating so that I may thoroughly understand what i have to work with here. I did not buy into this software to spend so much time building a site that I don’t have time to do anything else, which is exactly what it has become.

I don’t understand at all how this affiliate program is suppose to work and there doesn’t seem to be any documentation here. This is a very important aspect of my site. I mean, it will make or break it.

Man, this waiting game is taking forever, anyway you can find a way to expedite it? I mean, I have only 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure GD is going to work, 30 days to make sure AffiliateWP is going to work, 30 days to make sure my hosting is going to work, and whatever else I have to buy to make all this work. I’m doing a lot of work trying to make all this work and waiting is really hard to do…
