In addition to the last thing I posted earlier today, I just noticed the archive page for a tag is having the same crazy layout problem where the content area is smaller than the sidebar. See here in this video about the dysfunctional search bar, which I’m posting about elsewhere, but in this video you’ll see the archive page still has this layout issue. https://youtu.be/X_Yvx-ai-Lo
Thanks for fixing the side bar on the listing page and the bottom of the map.
There’s still a gap at the top, the footer is not full width on login page when logged out, and “preview” doesn’t workHere’s a 3 minute video showing the remaining issues: https://youtu.be/GR4lTCz2Cvk
Thanks again! This reply has been marked as private. Thanks Guust, will you follow up on this with me? In the meantime I’m going to keep working on this site. But I would like to know immediate as soon as there’s some sort of resolve. This is a terrific feature that really can help me get the site going.
What does this mean? Does this mean I should look at it because you’ve come to some resolve? I would appreciate it if you could be a little more explicit/specific. After all, I just shared a ten minute video demonstrating I was following the tutorial. Did I miss something?
I took time out to make a video and share it privately. DID YOU WATCH IT? Because it really feels like you didn’t… There doesn’t appear to be any “new” screen shots” that you have uploaded since I created this video showing how I’m following the instructions and IT IS NOT WORKING.
This reply has been marked as private.I found where I can update status to “Live”. I didn’t see that in the instructions and don’t recall having to do that before. Development mode was quietly enabled at the to there. It’s live now.
Other than that I went through everything else and it appears setup right. The domain is correct everywhere and the Oauth… But, it’s still getting the same error. 🙁

Oh, it’s like an InterBlog, lol. I mean, is it like a blog within a blog, so listers can now blog via their listing?
I’d like to see it in action, is there a good live demo of this with just the GeoDirectory theme?
And, can visitors comment on them?
Great job! Thank you for the prompt response! It’s working spot on now 🙂 You guys rock!
This reply has been marked as private.cool, thanks, do you think these plugins are not the best way though? I assume it’s best to use the least amount of code/plugins possible.
And, is it “best” to use a child theme “i create” not one someone else created which may be updated and overwrite my changes?
Thanks again!
Cool, BUT it also appears to do more than just that, it appears to show ALL cities within the radius set on the near me limit, which is good, so you may want to explain these “details” to inquiring minds/customers 🙂
I made a video about this, I thought I shared it here, i must have somewhere else. Does this make sense? It seems to be functioning great.
The GeoDirectory Geolocate feature seems to be based on “Default Near Me miles limit” showing cities within that radius whereas doing a search shows listings within the “Default Near Me miles limit” radius.
