Thanks Patrick. It’s works temporarily. Then it goes back to not letting existing users login. And still, none of the UsersWP settings are taking effect.

You had mentioned this earlier ‘Also, you may need to add login and register page URL in the excluded list of cache plugin so that the problem will not happen again.’

Would that help? Can you tell me how to do that?
