Are you saying that the user has to wait until the precise day that the existing listing expires before they renew it?
Because we set the expiration dates on the back end the users didn’t have to pay when they claimed their listings. That part is working fine. Can you please answer this specific question: Can a user change pricing packages while renewing their listing??? How does one change their package after they already have a listing?
Thanks!
I don’t think we need to worry about the listings expiring because we are in touch with the existing users manually.
But my main question is: when the user gets the email notification 30 that their listing is about to expire, and they log in to renew the listing, will they be able to switch from one plan to another, i.e. from non-recurring or recurring plan?
thanks!
Thanks for the quick response!
Not sure I understand your answer entirely. I don’t want to force those users who are renewing their listings to choose a new package. I want them to have an option of choosing either plan. Is that the case with V1? We are about to launch and cannot switch now to V2.
Thanks!
But once they verify their email, they are not able to view the listing and edit it right away. Do they need to click the email link in the Claim Listing Approved email? This seems like an unnecessary extra step.
The problem is there is no explanation of this step for the visitor. All they see on the website when the click the link in the Claim Listing Verification Required is a screen that says “claim already verified”. This text is confusing and incomplete and needs to be re-written. It should say, “Thank you for verifying your email. You must now go back to check your email inbox again for a message confirming that your claim has been approved. Then you may log in and edit your listing.”
The confirmation email has two links:
1) A link to their listing:
When they click this link they are taken to the listing but even if they are logged in they are not being shown the “Edit Post” link on the sidebar. They are left wondering what to do. There is no message telling them that their claim has been verified.
2) “Click here to verify your listing”
When they click on the CLICK HERE TO VERIFY link on the confirmation email they are taken to a screen that makes no sense. It says ONLY “Listing Already Verified” which sounds like someone else already verified the listing. I have seen others comment on this as well. I think this language needs to be changed to something like “Thank you for claiming your listing. Your claim has been verified. Click [here] to edit your listing” Why is there no ability at this stage to edit your listing?
How is this feature supposed to work?

The error says that I have added the map multiple times and this may cause errors. I had already checked the billing and also generated a new key and tried that after the original API key I had been using was working FINE before some recent updates stopped working.
Where do I find the google maps script on the site? Is it possible that there are more than one script in there?
Thanks!
