KiranHello,
Is Claimed checkbox is hidden from users cause it won’t make no sense for a user to tick this box and it’s set to “checked” by default at CPT settings.
CPT settings “Default value” option is to set default checked during add listing form.
—So when a user adds new listing, it should be automatically set as claimed yes?
There is no option to allow auto claimed. If this allowed then no meaning of claim listing feature. It must have field to tick/untick claim listing field during Add/Edit listing to manage claim listing.
Currently that field is set for “Admin only edit”, that’s why it is hidden(not available) for non-admin users. To make that field for non-admin users as well just untick “Admin only edit” from “CPT Settings > Custom Fields > Claim Listing > Is Claimed?”. after that it allows user choose claimed or unclaimed during add listing.
Let us know.
Thanks,

I have done some debugging by creating test listing. I can’t find any issue.
If user creates & pay for a listing from front end then it should have ticked “Claim Listing” field if user want to set listing as a claimed.
If user leave unticked “Claim Listing” field then event after successful payment listing is allowed for claim.I have done:
– Create listing from front end(claim listing ticked) > Saved > Checkout with Pay By Bank Transfer.
– From backedn WooCommerce > Orders > Order > Marked as Completed
– Now i see my listing is published & claimed.Claim listing also depends on settings GeoDirectory > Settings > Claim Listings > Settings > Auto approve on payment received?
Let us know.
Thanks,

Thanks for providing FTP credentials. I have done some debugging and found that the Hestia conflicts with GD templates. I checked with Directory Starter theme and it worked fine with it.
I am doing testing with Hestia to find what causing conflict. I will update one fixed.
Thanks,
KiranHello John,
“Run Expiry Check” tool forces to expire listings which are running with non-recurring package and expired.
For the listings running with recurring packages expires only for following conditions:
– If payer cancels(stops) the subscription (listing owner cancels recurring payments at PayPal)
– If payee cancels(stops) the subscription (site owner cancels recurring payments at PayPal)
– Payment cycles completed (i.e. package has selected options like recurring every “1 month” for “6 times”, then recurring auto cancelled after total 6 recurring payments.)For subscription based payments expire/downgrade executed when it receives IPN notification from Payment Gateway site about subscription completed/cancelled.
Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranWe have already included this feature in core. So it will be in next release too, don’t worry about that. 🙂
Here is patch: https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/pull/624/commits/481e63a8537c8bfd238ba9097eb99efe9e8ed0d8

Hello,
1) I note there is a known issue with the search bar not staying at the selected location when the CPT is changed. I understand this will be corrected on the next release #468639. Any ideas when – roughly?
Not exactly sure about next release, probably within next week. I have updated patch on your site to fix this issue.
—2) In the “Search for …(Optional)” box, when a category is selected from the drop down box, the page automatically refreshes to make the search. Should this not wait until the search button has been pressed as is the case with the contents in the other two boxes?
This is default behavior in search. In you select category/listing from autocomplete results it will take you to category/listing page. If you want search within particular category then you can add category field to search form from CPT Settings > Search > Category.
Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranHello Martin,

KiranMarch 1, 2019 at 6:19 am in reply to: Lost lots of custom fields and images and tables dissapeared! #471815Hello,
Import fields directly in database may break things if not imported properly. When field is created it also creates entry in some other tables like CPT detail table. So for now best way is to create field from CPT Settings > Fields.
We have a plan to import/export custom fields in future, we are working to implement things based on priority. Import/export custom fields is also a import feature, but we have other things to implement which are more important.
Our main goal in GeoDirectory v2 is to make it more simpler and customer friendly and easy to customize. Thanks,
