Yes, this may be possible but it requires to write some snippet code. Currently i can’t provide you snippet because we have some important stuff to implement in GeoDirectory v2.

Hello Anthony,
There is an error “You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.” on site pages. This ahppens due to Google Map JS API loaded twice one from GeoDirectory plugin & another from The Event Calender plugin. This error breaks the Google map loading.

I have tested few Structured Data Testing Tools from here http://www.seoskeptic.com/structured-data-markup-validation-testing-tools/
https://webmaster.yandex.com/tools/microtest/ & http://linter.structured-data.org/Those also showing startDate in debugging report.
If startDate not showing in html then we can do something to check why it is not displaying, but here page already showing startDate data.Let us know.
