To move the listing to Draft just follow wordpress standard process. Select “Draft” status and hit the “Update” button.

There is cron running on site that moves expired listing from publish -> draft. So when listing moves to draft it will not be listed on site. Currently cron running twice a day.
You can run manually the expire check from GD > GD Tools > Run expire check.

I have update patch of fix via FTP, but can’t have a backend access so not able to check. It always redirects me to /profile/ when trying to access /wp-admin/.
To check date & time working, you need to backend and have to re-save the events which has date problem.FYI: the events has different date settings which is available at Geodirectory -> Event Settings -> General -> Date Settings.

Seems you have disabled captcha on add listing form but just FYI:
#1 Captcha problem on add listing form is fixed and it will be reflected in next version of GeoDirectory Re-Captcha.
#2 To change the order of Business Hours & Re-Captcha
1) Open file pluginsgd-business-hoursgd-business-hours.php in plugin editor or in any file editor
2) in function add_listing_can_have_hours() around line no. 1382, use -1 instead of 0
This will move Business Hours to higher priority to display before Captcha.Thanks
