I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see a “Navigation Menu” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/ghnsqy using an iPad screensize window. That’s exactly how the theme is designed for mobile devices. Changing it would require customization. Or you can probably try to make that button bigger so that it is more obvious.

I’ve just fixed your issue by using the custom CSS code below. I’ve inserted into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.
