I’d like you to know that only logged in users are able to see the dashboard. It’s a default feature for WP. Am I misunderstanding your question?

Please refer to this article as it explains how you can order the tab https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/ . Unfortunately, you can’t integrate Google Maps results in GD.
