Hi norman,
Could you please provide the login URL too?
Thanks!
Hi Sonia,
You need to have the Payment manager add-on installed.
You can create prices and make one or more of them featured. Listing entered after selecting those prices will be featured.
Or admin can manually enable the featured option for each listing from the back end.
Thank you,
Hi DP,
Probably around 10 – 15 mins. But you can’t just install it without configuring it. I’d suggest that you do this one by one.
Thanks!
Hi Norman,
Which theme are you switching from? It would be better if you could just share WP temp admin access so that we could take a better look at it. Please use the private reply option below.

Hi Richard,
Looks like you have some issues with your chrome browser as it works fine when I used mine. Try clearing the browser cache. Also, the category dropdown works fine on my end. Check out this screenshot http://prntscr.com/frey7r .
Thanks!
Hi Cristina,
If you’re using the Payment Manager addon, try increasing the number of images allowed to one or more. If you need us to inspect further, kindly renew your membership.
Thanks!
Hi Chris,
Looks like you’ve accidentally clicked this checkbox which hides the CPT from displaying on the map http://prntscr.com/fretaa in GD > Design > Map . I’ve unticked it for you and it should work now.
Thanks!
Hi Steve,
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, that would require customization to achieve that. Have you tried switching it to a “grid view” in GD > Design > Listings http://prntscr.com/frdxnz and see if you liked that?
Thanks!

I need to check on the location of the language files on your server. Did you insert it into the correct location? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/

Hi there,
Could you try force overwrite the custom CSS using the !important declaration. Example below.
.geodir_category_list_view li .geodir-post-img { display:none!important; }If that still doesn’t work, kindly share WP admin access to your Website in private reply and I’ll check on it.
Thanks!
Hi Steve,
Just go to your places settings and drag the custom fields to your preferred order as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/frcvyu .
Thanks!
