I’ve just made some changes to it using the custom CSS code below. Could you please check and see if it’s what you’re looking for?

That is actually the page title. You can edit the page title in the backend. Have you tried it?

Since you’ve inserted the map into a VC container, I’ve disabled this option “Inner Container” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/fddgkj . It should display in full screen now. Could you please check?

You need to have the “Payments Manager” addon installed and enable “is featured” in the package settings. Refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/ .
