Hi there,
I’ve just checked your Website and it looks like the theme is preventing the three grid columns from displaying correctly. To double confirm if it’s a theme related issue, could you please share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Maria,
I’ve just checked your Website and the homepage works fine. I’ve recorded a short screencast for your reference. http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDXiV5jLpb . Probably a browser cache issue?
Thanks!
Hi Gerald,
I noticed that you have a few Websites based on the records. Which one are you referring to? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Paolo,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just checked the link you’ve shared and I’m not able to see any “Search Widgets” on it. Probably you’ve removed it? This would require customization if you need the filters to “automatically” filter when a user selects an option. Well, let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks!
Hi paolo,
Could you please share the URL of the site in question so I can take a better look at it? You can use the private reply option below. Also, could you check the Widgets > “GD Listing Top Section” and see if there’s a search widget?
Thanks!

Hi Kelsey,
It should display the custom field options when you click on the “Horizontal Tabs” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/d2uter . If it still doesn’t work, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Andre,
You can always use custom CSS to overwrite the stylings. Try using this custom CSS below and see if it’s what you’re looking for. Insert into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.geodir-post-img .geodir_thumbnail { background-size: contain!important; }
Thanks!
Hi Kelsey Siq,
Thanks for reaching us. For your info, that can only be adjusted using “Payments Manager” addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/payments-manager/ . I hope this clears it up and please let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks!
Hi Kevin,
Sorry, I’m not really sure if I’m getting this. Could you probably show us an example on your Website so that we could better understand your issue? Also, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Meanwhile, could you try increasing the number of posts in Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most as it should allow you to increase the amount of listings to be displayed.

Hi Joe,
I’ve just checked your Website and I think you mean “vertically center”. Could you try using the custom CSS code below and see if it’s what you’re looking for? Insert into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
#primary-nav ul { margin-top: 20px; }
Thanks!
