This can be achieved using Custom CSS. Do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so I could tell you the correct CSS snippet to do this? Also, it would be better if you could pinpoint the exact location with a screenshot.

Could you please check the settings in GD > Prices and Payments > Listing Expiration Settings as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/cf28i8 and see if you’ve everything setup correctly?
