    And, actually, my apologies but I have an additional question relating to cancellations. Should a member cancel their subscription, I would like their non-event listing to default/downgrade back to a basic free listing. Their event listings may remain on the site until their expiration, e.g. the date of the event has passed, however, they wouldn’t be able to submit any more event listings unless they re-subscribe. Would you please tell me if that’s possible?

    Thanks much!

    Wow, Guust, thanks so much for taking the time to explain! Between your explanation and the various info I’ve been reading on the forum, I think I have a good handle on the paid member workflow.

    Based on your mention of unlimited listings within a membership period, one last question, if you don’t mind: is it possible to restrict a monthly membership to just one listing for both events and non-event memberships and also to just one listing but unlimited events for an events-based membership?

    Thanks again!

    Oh, additionally (sorry for the extra comment; the “edit” link expired for the first one), I’d like to be able to offer members a monthly option for submitting unlimited events which would renew every month unless canceled. The way I understand the process now, without some kind of S2 Member or similar add-on, a member would be charged for every event submitted. I’d like to avoid that and offer them a flat monthly price for unlimited submissions. Would you please tell me if that’s possible?

    Thanks much.

    Hi, Guust. I went ahead and removed all listings and deleted them permanently from the database. Then I reimported them. It looks like the category icons are loading as they should. That being said, I think I’m good to go.

    Thanks much!

    I exported the listings which all showed were set to “publish.” I changed them to “draft” and reimported them. Then I exported them again, changed to “publish” and reimported them a second time. They’re all showing up as “publish” however the categories icons still aren’t showing up.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks much.

    Hello, Guust. I published all the listings and it appears the issue is still occurring. I’ve also disabled Autoptimize and cleared the cache in all my browsers. I’ve also temporarily disabled my CDN. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks much.

    Excellent, Kor, thanks so much! You gave me a great idea to try using RGBa to create some transparency. I’m actually using the following which works out great:

    background: rgba(60, 56, 60, 0.8)!important;  /* Change BG color */

    Regarding SSL, actually, that wasn’t a question but more of a comment to let you all know I think I resolved the previous issue with that via my Cloudflare account.

    Thanks again and have a good one!

    Looks like the TIFF didn’t come through so I converted it to a JPG.

    Thanks much!

    My apologies for the continued issues with hitting the test server. I actually had that issue too and discovered it was related to a VPN extension I installed on Chrome. Whenever I turn that extension off, I can hit the site. But I greatly appreciate the advice about a “coming soon” plugin. I didn’t even know that was a possibility!

    I actually received the fix from 7th Queen and added the following in the quick CSS field of their theme:

    .home #geodir-sidebar, #geodir-sidebar-left, #geodir-sidebar-right, #geodir-wrapper-content {padding-top: 0 !important;}
    #geodir-sidebar, #geodir-sidebar-left, #geodir-sidebar-right, #geodir-wrapper-content {padding-top: 10;}

    I confirmed the homepage background image displays as it should and that there’s a gap between a listing detail page and the header. That being said, I believe I’m good to go.

    Thanks much again!

    Hello, Kor. I wanted to let you know that 7th Queen support has resolved the CSS issue for Macs and PCs, however, the following issue still occurs:

    I’ve managed to work around the white space padding on the front page by adding the following CSS within the “quick CSS” settings in the Kleo theme:

    #geodir-sidebar, #geodir-sidebar-left, #geodir-sidebar-right, #geodir-wrapper-content {padding-top: 0;}

    However, I’m now seeing the User Links section on a listing detail page running up against the header border. Is there some additional CSS padding I can add to the listing detail page to allow for five or 10 pixels between the header border and the start of the listing details? I’ve attached a screenshot showing the lack of space between the two.

    Thanks much.

    Regards,
    Kory
