So I can privately ask for a refund…just not support!!!
Nahh!!! I think requests for refunds should be public as well, after all that’s the business model right!!!

It’s not private enough for me 🙁 people see my orig post topic, name and number of posts…but that’s just me!!! I just think if I’m paying for support there should be a way that my support request be private….otherwise it’s a forum. In which case your charging for something you should provide anyway. Yes you respond quickly and with answers (better than most forums) but it’s a forum. I’m sure it works for some…just doesn’t work for me. I’m all for sharing and helping others….I’ve just started a new site for that purpose but not when I’m paying for support. I wrongly assumed it would be included.

All fixed thank you but there’s no need. I will not continue using a product that only offers public forums for paid support, your business model does not work for my business.
