Please closed as resolved. I reviewed the plugins in the network setting and some how the GD events plug was deactivated. Problem solved. Re-activated it. Now I need to dig and see how that happened.
This reply has been marked as private.Problem discovered and problem solved. The plugin for the pricing charts has a CSS fields. Apparently if you duplicate a price table and modify the css in any of the original or duplicates of that particular table it affects all the tables. I went to all the originals and duplicates and deleted the css except for what Kor recommended. Problem solved. I will let the plugin developer know also.

installing mb string module. Done.. the widget and site problems were all associated with server mb string module. I have requested an investigation to see how it was deleted or taken out. Please close topic problem resolved
Ok, that was it. I did not make “any” changes to the server at all. I am requesting an investigation into the matter. Kind regards, problem resolved.
Online with BlueHost.com now installing mb string module. Thank you.
