November 24, 2015 at 9:51 pm in reply to: SEO problem. Homepage cannot be indexed by crawlers #61412
I found the problem by deactivating the plugins. Wordfence & Yoast were not playing nice together. Thank you. All is well now.
Thank you. I would like to recommend adding a column to show “numberic” positioning please?
Kind regards,SEO.. I was thinking about why my home page would not be indexed by google. I did not mean SEO is taken care of… after I delete the CPT listings for Bars I will view the SEO area and see it I ahve to manually delete the State / Regions abbreviations manually also. Kind regards,
This search and replace is beyond my understanding currently. I am going to wipe the entires manually all 6k of them. What a waste of time…
Since this is only the first major import of CPT and no one has claimed them it is faster to delete / trash all 6000, correct the Regions field and upload again.
Valuable lesson learned. One I hope I do not have to repeat.
I did reach out the the developers of the Search and Replace to obtain an estimate.
Time is the problem.. I cannot wait two days to get some kind of an answer from them and then two days later decide if I can afford it. I can just delete and start over within a couple of hours.
Kind regards and thank you for your support.
SEO is taken care of.. Wordfence was the culprit.
Hello. I hope this is accurate advice. I believe what you are wanting is a “default image” for a particular listing. When you ad a “category” for the post type (see pic) you can upload an image for a particular category. Hope this helps…
Custom Post Type > Category (see pic)
Also, when adding post type CPT you can add it there too…

I do not know how to clean in in the “database” so that is a no go…
I will have to work harder… how do I merge the locations?
Since I see this is a gigantic mess in location it is also a mess in SEO as well. How do I correct the SEO area?Picture of mulit locations list and SEO regions
Thank you.
fyi.. max upload 100mb. Network multi-site network is equal to or more than 100mb.
I will change the codes and try again.
Thank you.
In my manage locations I have both CA and California, thus the reason the download would not work. (This is because I uploaded CA, AZ correct?)
Is there a way to bulk/batch correct CA to California in GD multi-locations and then I can re-download and correct the expiration dates and re-upload without errors?
Or, will I have to manually go in and change them one at at time?

I spoke too soon. The file uploaded this time (6mb) but when I clicked on import data now “nothing” happened. No error message just.. nothing.
