Hello Guust. How are you?
Thank you. Good to know. I will create a help page and include the help information in email confirmation of listings.
Best regards,
Valencia
Hi, please close the ticket.
I found a solution with perks.
I subscribed to Jetpack (wordpress.com) $39.00/yr and it will work on all wordpress sites. Problem solved.
Looks great but it is going to take a little time to get used to the new layoutPower back on. Internet still down.
I am not sure of what you mean or how to do it. Load in browser?
Regards
Hi Alex.
In the previous version, to add “a franchise listing” the procedure was what?
In the new version to add a franchise listing we create a tab or short code?
How does the Corporate Headquarters now add sub office listings.
As a side note to another support question regarding a staff directory for all office locations. I am working on a solution to that and will share on my original post regarding this subject of staff directory.
Which brings up another question. “How do I search for all my support tickets when I need to use them as a reference please?
Thank you.

Wow. Got it. Close ticket. I could not add the url under the back-end page title “the url” area with the “ok” button.
Instead, I ticked the boxes as displayed here.
Once I did that, I returned to the “Menu” and scrolled to the bottom whereby I added the “add page” menu items and the linked worked.
My mistake was trying to “edit” the url under the page title and it would not accept the /? to the url.
Please close support ticket and thank you for the directions.
Regards,
Sorry Alex. I am not getting it.
I have duplicated the add listing page and added the short code.
Here are the slugs:
gd_insurance_co
gd_insurance_agent
gd_insurance_mga
gd_insurance_co_wholSee menu item. All links direct to gd_insurance_co.
I am not understanding
Thank you for the information.
I will give it a shot.. go.. try. lol

So, for my memories sake for example:
Create page /gd_add_listing_managing-general-agent. Next, find the shortcode builder (I do not know where that is) Place the shortcode on the new /add-listing-managing-general-agent/ (page.)
Then create the link(s) on menus and pages to add the MGA listing
Now, next… How do I create the search for just the MGA’s
Note, I did find a plugin pro version for restriction on CPTs display for post type and for pages but have not fully tested it as of yet.
Thus Consumers will not be able to see the Managing General Agents listings but can see Retail Insurance Agents and Companies.
Thanks again.

Would something like this work? (link to page)
Wish list. The main listing image to have a image left with “some dimension” and then adjacent to it a Vertical Image place holder. See Attached Image. (thus a horizontal Image and Vertical image.)
I may be asking something that needs customization but then it beggs the question. How do I get started.
Why? Because most posters are Vertical 11″ x 17″ and it would be a blast, or user friendly.
Just an ideas my brothers!
