The problem started a while back.
My developer hasn’t touched anything yet. He is trying to coordinate with Stiofan to help me out but he can’t get a hold of him. We have not done any custom work except for that hero image on the home page.
If I recall correctly, Stiofan mentioned something about the IPN.

I went ahead and published the 2 affected listings to prevent losing the customers. Please let me know if there’s still hope that this issue will be resolved. Thanks.
I guess Stiofan is busy since my developer cannot get a hold of him via Skype. Just checking if there’s any update on this issue.
