Thank you, Stiofan. I thought the “Near” field already searches for location?
Do you mean the “Search for” field?
I just wonder if you can combine all fields into one search box like this one:

I see some sites asking if you will allow or deny geo-tracking. When the user allows it, relevant listings and date loads on the map, content section and even the sidebar.
Is this how the location filtering option on GD works?

Do you know how to automatically detect the user and load listings based on the user’s location instead of having him use the Find Me option?

What’s your experience with Avada? Did it work with GD without touching any line of code?
I think you can do this at the backend. Go to GeoDirectory, Custom Post Types and edit it. See attached screenshot.

I think the feature to show a listing owner’s different listings on a page (“Other Listings by this Author”) is needed. A lot of businesses have multiple branches. What do you think?
