Happy to let you know that I have found the “culprit” 🙂
Jetpack added these related posts to the detail pages. Even though I have no settings activated anywhere to execute this, it was just added by default.
Should anyone else have the same problem, I’ve fixed the problem by adding this CSS to geodirectory > designs > scripts:
#jp-relatedposts .jp-relatedposts-items .jp-relatedposts-post .jp-relatedposts-post-title a {display: none !important;}
Issue resolved!

I am the only person that has ever worked on my website. I use the Supreme Directory Theme and geodirectory plugin.
I will play around with my geodirectory settings and other plugins again to see if that would solve the issue, but I have honestly tried everything.
Will let you guys know if the problem persists.

No, that changes the email envelope icon and Send Email text to red, but the grey separator line “| ” is still visible.
I’m happy with the email, only want to get rid of the separator line, if possible.

Moving it a bit further down on the header would also work. At the moment it displays right over my popular categories when viewed on a mobile, especially on a tablet.
