This reply has been marked as private.Hi Paolo,
thanks for the reply. Is it possible that the default sort is by “Add Date”?
So the publishing post date?In the custom post type, I can only choose “Add Date” in the sorting options.
I’ll be very grateful for the latest hook to solve this problem.
Thanks!
AndreaHi,
thanks for the reply.
I’m missing something….I’ve the default event filter on Upcoming but I can’t sort event by start or end date on the frontend. Thanks!
AndreaThanks guys and sorry for the delay.
I’ll try to blank the hided fields and I’ll manage error messages by jQuery. For now it’s working 😉
Thanks guys!!Perfect!!!
I’ve not noticed that, sorry!!Thank you very much.
AndreaHi,
yes you’re right, each time that I change the post from Draft to Publish the user get a notification message: GOOD!.Is there a way to change the “Thank you, your information has been successfully received.” message?
I would like to explain that the submitted info will be visibile on the directory as soon as they’ll be approved from an administrator.
Thanks!
AndreaYess good idea, I’ll blank them and write something about picking the location from the Google list.
These fields can be only mandatory right?
Thanks!
AndreaYess it works in this way but if somebody write an address that does not match a google address or location Region and City get the default values.
So the map will get a wrong point.
Basically I have to disable Region and City (don’t ask me why…it’s a long story), by hiding them I would like to lock the Location from the user on only google results.
Anyway I’ve got a lot of support here, so don’t drive you mad, if you can find a quick workaround ok otherwise I think it’ll be fine.
Thanks!
AndreaThis reply has been marked as private.Hi,
sorry for the delay.
I’ve hided region and city because when the user click on the location suggestion these fields are automatically updated.I think that the Google suggestion are perfect for me so I would like to limit the location scope to Google results only.
By doing this I’ll be sure that region and country will be autocompleted so I can safely hide them.
Many thank for all the help guys.
AndreaStiofan,
it worked flawlessly.THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this great support.
The custom sorting also works without any changes in the archive section because the url keep the archive=true parameter. Many thanks for this!!
