Thanks Paolo and Kor. The widget you suggested hadn’t been updated for awhile so I started looking for other options.

Thanks all, that was what I was looking for. Now the problem is that I cannot get rating styles to save.
I am creating a site to cover food service so I need to be able to add rating styles for food quality, speed of service and quality of service.
It worked. Thanks for the help.
