Thanks for that link – that answers some questions. I’m still confused how I’m best to proceed. Is there someone at Geodirectory I can chat with about this? It’s difficult to explain in an email and I feel I could explain myself on the phone far better and get a direct answer as to what I should do. Do you provide this service? Or is there a Geordirectory expert I can contact elsewhere? Thank you
Yes i did. I tried doing it a number of ways, but it didn’t seem to change the fact that the newest ones still seem to be favoured over alphabetical order.

May I ask another query? I’m trying to sort my listings. I’ve made the default star rating. I would like the second default to be alphabetical, but instead it lists things in this order:
star rating
newest
alphabetical.Can this be changed?

KatieOne other query, can I make a franchise sit across different CPTs? i.e. can a franchise business have a “fitness” class (one CPT) and a “kids” class (another CPT)?

Item 1) When I preview a listing it shows the map with the error message, but if I publish it the error message disappears and the map works fine.
Very strange.
Has anyone had any luck looking into the claim listing problem?
