December 31, 2014 at 8:23 pm in reply to: How would I hide (or loads as minimised) map category on Mobile #25967Hello, we can help to customise with minor css tweaks
If you want I can move this into the jobs section of the forum where if you wish, we can provide a quote to finish customizing your website look and feelHello, the listings page will list all your listings in one page (sorted with pagination).
To edit your theme it’s recommended to use a child theme , if you’re using the gdf child theme you can edit the style in the settings, or you can use your theme’s style.css (this will work in any theme).
Hello Adrian, will Test and get back at you as soon as I will be on my computer..
For now I wish you an happy new yearYou’re welcome
Hi Reena, please check in the MultiLocations setting if the option “Show everywhere location results on home page (First time only, if geodirectory home page is your site home page and user comes to home page).” is enabled.
it is happening because a Minnesota is already there, check in your MultiLocation settings, or in your default city settings (if you don’t have the MultiLocations addon).
Also please check in your pages, if you have already created a Minnesota page.Don’t forget to check the Trash section, in the pages. The slug will result occupied even if the page is in the trash.
If you go to Geodirectory/design and then in the Navigation tab, you can disable it by deselecting “Show add listing link in main navigation”
What you can do is to create a custom menu item with the word you want that point to the add listing page
Hello, to hide the social button, add this in your style.css (inside your child theme)
div.geodir-company_info.geodir-details-sidebar-social-sharing { display:none; }
to hide the share this, insert this
div.geodir-company_info.geodir-details-sidebar-sharethis { display:none; }
Ok, sorry, if you don’t have the custom post type addon you can translate editing the .po file. You can find the documentation at this page.
There are two words, Add and Place.Hello, to translate that, you can go to Geodirectory/Custom Post Types and edit the pos type, e.g. Places. From there you will be able to translate the labels
This is new and it’s mandatory when upgrading..also this has been notified various times in the forum 🙂 in the next release of gd the process will be more clear. Thanks and have a great Sunday,
SimoneHello, did you run all the tasks in the gd tools?
