Hello have you tried to download again the addon? The files should be there for the payment manager addon..I will look and eventually I will send you the po file
Tested on a clean install with WP 4.0.1,
when adding dummy data (tested on chrome/safari/firefox) there is this errorReferenceError: geodir_autoinstall is not defined
and nothing happen when clicking, also on Safari the button is misaligned, see screenshot

Hello Jan, I’m afraid but neighbourhoods are part or the multi location add on.
You will find the po/mo files inside the geodir-payment-languages folder.
Remember to create a folder named geodir_payments in wp-content/languages and then you will place your po/mo files inside that
Geodirectory provides only the the theme compatibility with Genesis, you need buy first the Genesis framework (not sold here as it is not a GeoDirectory product)
you should translate all the available .po/.mo files, please let’s keep only this thread open.

most of the add ons have .po/.mo files, it depends what add ons you’re looking at. Usually these files are under the /name-of-plugin-langugages folder (e.g. /geodir-claim-languages).you need to install first the Genesis theme, and then its child
Hello, to install a child theme upload it and activate it as a normal theme. You will find it in appareance/themes
