Quick question: have you added the widget for the listings ?
Have you set at least a category in the listings? In short words, have you read “the getting started” documentation here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/ ? 🙂

Hi Sara, just tried to add a new Service Provider with my email, and tried to send an enquiry and I instantaneously got it in my inbox (see attach)
Check if the email in the listing you gave me earlier has a correct email

try adding te following in your style.css

.geodir-cat-list ul li {
margin-left:5px !importnat;
width:16% !important;
}

Ajax isn’t loading on your website and in particular the file
worker-javascript.js which is called in the system
