There is no documentation yet. You can have an idea how the post type looks like by searching in phpmyadmin for the one already loaded by default (such as gd_place or gd_event), there are many “links” between custom_fields, postmeta etc.
Oh I understood, I’m afraid but the only way is to “play” with the database 🙁
Ciao Giuseppe,
you need to place the widget in GD Listing Top Section, not HomeHello, unfortunately we cannot see the issue as the website is not loading
“This Account Has Been Suspended”
Hello James, I have notified Paolo and your query will be solved as soon as possible.
Hello, you can find these strings in the .po file in the “Geodir Review Rating Manager” plugin. The path is /wp-content/plugin/geodir_review_rating_manager/geodir-reviewrating-languages and the file is geodir_reviewratings-en_US.po
To translate (or rephrase) the strings, follow these links
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/translate-core/
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/translating-addons/, just remember to place the .po/.mo files in wp-content/languages/geodir_reviewratings
Hello, I tried to create a new user (testuser) but there is no option to upload a profile picture, I think it needs to be inserted from backend (or am I blind and I couldn’t see it?)
Also, what’s looking “strange”? Could you please explain, it looks so far so good to me.
PS- leave in a private reply your login details, me or someone else might need to have a look in the backend, thanks
Hello Marsha, and don’t worry about “stupid” questions, there are only stupid answers 🙂
About your questions:
– You can use widgets in the “GD Listing Top Section”, any widget can be there, GD and not-GD, everything will appear at the top of the listings page.– You can use GD widget anywhere you want, in Avada section, and vice versa you can use Avada widget in GD Pages.
– You can manually add GD pages in your menu, just look at the url, for example the Trails link above could be easily, just make it point to http://adventurebrevard.com/trails and the same can be done for CPT, categories etc..
About the tabs, you can style them via CSS, here you can find a little how-to
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-your-style/Hello, if the plugin you’re talking about is the “Geodir Compat Pack Divi”, now you don’t need it. GD has the Divi compatibility embedded in the core, go in Geodirectory/Theme Compatibility and you’ll found the Divi in the dropdown
Hello, what you mean in the specific? Importing listings or..?
This reply has been marked as private.Hello, the “error” you see is most likely because you allowed to share your location so it is locating you and loading a map near where you are (and there are no listing in it). Try loading in a new browser (incognito/private) so you will see the global location and you will see the map.
I’m seeing it correctlyHi there,
you can simply write the category and subcategory with a comma, example:Father, Son
The listing will automatically set with these categories, and if “Son” is a sub of “Father” will be linked to it.
