Hi there, not to pile on.. but I also had exactly the same problem yesterday and have submitted a request to the contact support but no word back yet.

I paid $150 USD for a yearly subscription but cannot login. The confirmed e-mail on my Paypal account is [email protected] but the e-mail I registered with is [email protected]. Please send the confirmation code to either one and I will get it. I really need access ASAP, but have not received any e-mails
